Всегда чисто, аккуратно, созданы все условия для пребывания в гостинице. Останавливаемся тут регулярно. Девочки на ресепшене всегда идут на встречу к нашим просьбам ❤️ Рекомендую 👍

Забронировали номер люкс, нас заселили возле ресепшена - Окно выходит на крыльцо где постоянно курят (сами сотрудники), вся эта вонь идет в номер 🤦🏻‍♀️ окно открыть невозможно Вечером на ресепе женщина включила какое-то видео, все это слышно в номере. Первый вечер попросили выключить удивилась что у нас слышно но выключила, второй вечер опять врубила! Когда попросила выключить мне ответили дак время же еще не поздно 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ Сам номер чистый, завтраки вкусные, но весь дискомфорт от проживания доставляют сами же сотрудники!!! - курят на крыльце и создают дополнительный шум! Если делаете в таком месте номер уважайте гостей! Или вообще уберите от туда номер
