The managers process reservations from 9:00 to 21:00: if the reservation has been confirmed, paid for and you have received access codes before 21:00, you can check in at any time, even at night. Apartment rules: Please note that an insurance deposit must be paid upon check—in: 2000 ₽ - for guests aged 25 and over; 5000 ₽ — for guests from 18 to 24 years old. The amount will be refunded after check—out and inspection of the apartment, subject to the safety of the property and compliance with the rules of accommodation. The estimated time of stay in the apartment is check—in from 14:00, check-out before 12:00 (twelve o'clock in the afternoon), i.e. no matter what time you checked into the apartment, you need to vacate it before 12:00 in the afternoon. The stay in the apartment after 12:00 is negotiated with the manager in advance and is paid separately. Attention: our apartments are not designed for celebrations and any other holidays, as well as loud listening to music and other noise, especially after 22:00. In case of violation of this clause of the rules, we have the right to evict you without refunding the payment. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment, if the administrator detects the smell of smoke at the time of check-out, we will withhold the deposit.
