Two-bedroom apartment of 60 sq. m. meters. Excellent repair and location. Convenient transport interchange. Near the grocery supermarket "Pyaterochka" cafe, pharmacy. Rules for staying in apartments: Check-in time in the apartment is from 14:00, check-out until 12:00 (twelve o'clock in the afternoon), i.e. no matter what time you arrived at the apartment, you need to vacate it before 12:00 p.m. Staying in the apartment after 12:00 is negotiated with the manager in advance and is paid separately. Unfortunately, I do not live with pets. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment, if the administrator detects the smell of smoke at the time of check-out, a fine in the amount of a deposit will be charged. The apartment is not intended for celebrations and any other holidays, as well as loud listening to music and other noise, especially after 22:00. In case of violation of this paragraph of the rules, we have the right to evict you without refund.
