In the same complex, on the opposite side, there is a Pyaterochka grocery store. Izmailovsky Park is located within walking distance, nearby. Izmailovsky Kremlin is also 2 metro stations away. You can park your car in the courtyard if there are available spaces - parking is free and unguarded. There is also a paid city parking nearby. Rental rules: - check-in after 15:00, check-out before 12:00; - upon check-in, an insurance deposit of 3,000 rubles is charged (refunded on the day of departure), and an online accommodation agreement is filled out.; - no parties allowed; - smoking is prohibited; % discounts are available for long-term rentals. For seconded employees, we can provide accounting documents for the accounting department and issue an invoice to the company. The administrator is in touch from 9.00 a.m. to 21.00 p.m. Our apartments have round-the-clock contactless check-in, but in case of late check-in, payment must be made before 21.00 hours.
