Dear guests! We are pleased to present our new, beautiful and cozy studio in the M1 Skolkovo apartment complex with free street parking, contactless check-in and good transport accessibility. Nemchinovka metro station is 6-7 minutes on foot. The Skolkovo Innovation Center is 10 min. by transport or 5 min. by the MDC, the Live Agepa Concert Hall is also 10 min. by road. On the ground floor of the complex there is a Pyaterochka store and a cozy Cafe Lobby. We provide the necessary accounting documents for business travelers. Rules of accommodation: contactless check-in with a password, check-in from 2 p.m. and check out before 12 o'clock. Before check-in, you must send the passport photo to the manager to establish your identity and pay for the reservation with a deposit (deposit in the amount of 2000 rubles). The deposit is refunded on the day of departure after the maid's cleaning.
