Please note: upon check-in, a deposit of 5000 rubles must be paid, refundable upon check-out, after cleaning. When booking for 1 day, the cost of cleaning is paid separately - 1,500 rubles. The final cost of a day depends on the length of stay and the number of guests. The exact amount can be found in the online calendar (by sending a request for the dates of interest). Accounting documents (contract + receipt) are provided to everyone. Before check-in, a contract is signed through the remote document signing service.
