House Rules: • Check-in is contactless! • Check-in information is sent by the administrator the day before or on the day of check-in! • An agreement is signed before check-in. We will ask you for your passport details! • Check-in after 15:00, check-out before 12:00. Please note: If you made a reservation on the day of arrival, the check-in time can be changed to a later date, depending on the readiness of the apartment after cleaning by the maid. You can arrange the check-in time in advance with our manager in the application chat. • Day-to-day check-in is only possible if the reservation is made before 21:00 • The administrator answers questions and sends check-in information before 22:00 • Early arrivals and late departures are provided as possible and agreed. • Pets are paid and can be arranged individually • Smoking is prohibited in the apartment (including vapes, hookahs, electronic cigarettes, etc.), as well as noisy events and parties. • Upon check-in, a deposit of 3500 rubles must be paid, refundable on the day of departure, after cleaning. • The final cost of a day depends on the length of stay and the number of guests. The exact amount can be found in the online calendar (by sending a request for the dates of interest). • Accounting documents (receipt, contract) are provided to everyone.
