Returns on the day of departure after cleaning, if there is no damage or damage before 22.00. There is an additional fee for final cleaning in the amount of 1000 rubles. • It is forbidden to make noise from 23:00 to 7:00 (Please keep the neighbors quiet). The use of the apartment for noisy parties is PROHIBITED. • SMOKING IS PROHIBITED, and a full deposit is charged for smoking. • In case of damage to property (including bed linen and towels), the Guest is obliged to fully compensate for the damage caused. • Keep clean. Do not walk around the apartment in shoes, especially on carpets. Please take out the trash after your stay. • It is forbidden to use additional sets of linen and towels without approval. • Do not place pets in the apartment without the approval of the administration. • Keys should never be lost or taken away with you. In case of violation of these rules, the deposit is withheld.
