We are glad to welcome our guests to the cozy Comfort Life apartments in Izmailovo! Large bright windows and a 4.5 meter high ceiling will not leave you indifferent, and all apartments have their own unique design and a special unique atmosphere. For our guests, we provide fresh towels, slippers, a set of hygiene products (soap, shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush). The kitchen area has all the necessary utensils for cooking and eating. The equipment of the accommodation options depends on the chosen category. Upon check-in, our welcome package awaits you: water, tea and coffee! The building is under 24-hour security and video surveillance of public areas. Also in the building itself there is a sports hall, a pharmacy, a household home, a Pyaterochka store, a canteen and many cafes and restaurants where you can have a snack or order a takeaway, a beauty salon, a flower shop and much more. There is paid city parking in front of the building, but there are also free places nearby. Sokolinaya Gora MCC Station is an 8-minute walk (900m), and Semenovskaya Metro Station is 5 minutes away by public transport (2km). The apartments are located in a beautiful picturesque area – Izmailovo Nature and Historical Park and Izmailovsky Kremlin are within walking distance. For seconded employees, we provide accounting documents for the accounting department and can issue an invoice to the company. Upon check-in, a security deposit of 3,000 rubles is charged (refunded on the day of check-out), and an online accommodation agreement is filled out (in some apartments, the deposit is 5,000 rubles). In some categories, it is possible to stay with a pet for an additional fee of 3,000 rubles. for the entire rental period (prior approval is required), in case of check–in with an animal, the deposit is paid in double amount (refunded on the day of departure in case of no damage to property). The administrator is in touch from 9.00 to 21.00. Our apartments have round-the-clock contactless check-in, but in case of late check-in, payment must be made before 21.00 hours (if you have an on-site payment). The administrator answers all your questions until 21.00 hours. We are happy to create an atmosphere of coziness and comfort for our guests, just like at home!
