For our guests, we provide fresh towels, slippers, a set of hygiene products (soap, shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush). The kitchen area has all the necessary utensils for cooking and eating. Upon check-in, our welcome package awaits you: water, tea and coffee! The building is under 24-hour security and video surveillance of public areas. There is also a sports hall, meeting rooms for reservations, a beauty salon, a women's clothing store, vending machines with coffee and food on the ground floor. In the neighboring houses there is a fast food restaurant "Tasty-and-dot", a homemade Italian restaurant "Osteria Mario", "Subway", etc. catering establishments where you can have a snack and order takeout. The Moscow-Sokol Cultural and Business Center is located in the nearest walking distance. The complex does not have its own parking. But there are paid and free parking spaces nearby. Sokol Metro Station is a 7-minute walk (750m) away, from where you can get to the center of Moscow by metro in just 11 minutes! The apartments have a very convenient location – excellent transport accessibility, the area itself is a slender row of houses of all possible architectural trends of the Soviet era, which tells you its rich history – at one time scientists and artists, famous gymnasts and football players, military and elite lived here. The abundance of greenery creates a sense of comfort, and the presence of the Timiryazevskaya Academy Historical Park within walking distance makes this place truly unique! For business travelers, we can provide accounting documents for the accounting department and issue an invoice to the company. Upon check-in, an insurance deposit of 3,000 rubles will be charged (refunded on the day of departure), and an online accommodation agreement will be filled out.
