Please observe the "quiet hours": from 23:00 to 09:00 and from 13:00 to 15:00. - Refundable security deposit: a deposit of 4,000 rubles is paid, which is refunded after check-out, subject to the rules of accommodation, and serves as a guarantee of the safety of the apartment for you and future guests. - Contactless check-in. - For business trips and companies: we provide accounting documents, we work with cashless payment (cashless payment is agreed in advance). - Rent for filming/photo sessions: conditions are negotiated individually. - Additionally, there is a cleaning fee of 1,600 rubles upon arrival. It is very important to us that you visit a clean apartment, so after each guest, a thorough cleaning is carried out using professional detergents. - Until February 15, for new bookings of 3 days or more, cleaning is included in the price. Upon arrival for 2 days, a 50% fee is charged. - For arrivals of more than 10 days, the cleaning fee is 2,200 rubles. If you arrive for more than a month 4000.
