Transport accessibility: 7 minutes from Begovaya metro station and 15 minutes on foot to Khoroshevo MCC, MCD 1 Begovaya. 10 minutes by car to Moscow City and 12 minutes by car to the Kremlin. The center of Moscow is 10 minutes away by metro. 10 minutes by car from Moscow City, Expocenter on Krasnopresnenskaya embankment. Nearby is the famous Botkin Hospital. There are many restaurants, cafes and shops, Aviapark shopping center, CSKA Stadium and Khodynskoye Pole Park, A.V. Tarasov Megasport. It can accommodate up to 3 guests. Everything is provided in our apartments for a comfortable life. A kitchen with the necessary cooking utensils. Appliances – smart TV, microwave, washing machine. Textiles – cotton linen, comfortable pillows, light, warm blanket. Rules of accommodation: 1. Check-in from 14:00, check-out before 11:00. 2. security deposit in the amount of 3000 rubles.  3. We provide remote check-in and check-out.  4. We are very careful about the comfort level, we always try to keep it clean and ask our guests: - do not smoke.- do not use the apartment for noisy events. - in particular, we do not accommodate guests with pets. If violations are detected by the guests, we will charge an additional fee in the amount of an insurance deposit, which will be directed to the work of the cleaning/laundry/dry cleaning department or the purchase of damaged property instead.  5.
