Important information
When booking, you must provide the guest's contact number. Be sure to contact the manager at least 1 day before arrival by phone. +7 929 5729508 to indicate the time of arrival and receive instructions. Upon arrival, the guests are met by the administrator at the address of residence and hand over the keys, a contract is signed with the guest and a security deposit is paid. Check-in at the apartment is possible until 24:00, check-in from 24:00 to 02:00 is possible for an additional fee, later check-in is not possible. Calls in the apartment are accepted from 09:00 to 21:00.
According to the rules for the provision of hotel services in the Russian Federation, foreign citizens must have an identity card with them to check into hotels on the territory of the Russian Federation.
