Please call our receptionist (+7 (915) 018-37-33) one hour before your arrival You will get your key at check-in in the apartment. If you want to pay via your credit/debit card, please tell that to the receptionist.
Upon arrival, you must contact the administrator at +7 (915) 018-37-33. Calls are accepted from 10:00 -22:30 Keys are issued 24 hours a day upon arrival at the address of the apartment. When paying by card, you must notify the administrator about this so that he arrives with the terminal.
According to the rules for the provision of hotel services in the Russian Federation, foreign citizens must have an identity card with them to check into hotels on the territory of the Russian Federation.
Meals are not provided in the apartments.
