Our hotel kindly informs you that Guests are required to present the original of the following documents at the time of check-in: in accordance with the Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation № 1668, dated 27 October 2025. Russian Citizens are required to present an internal passport / international passport of a Citizen of Russian Federation / original driving license, as well as a digital ID via the “MAX” messenger. Documents must be provided on a mandatory basis for each Guest actually staying at the hotel. Children under the age of 14 are accommodated only after presenting the original of the birth certificate and a written consent of a legal representative in case of check – in without parents / legal representative. Foreign Citizens are required to present original of the passport of each staying person, migration card and valid visa or other document confirming the legal stay in the Russian Federation more than 7 working days.

According to the rules for the provision of hotel services in the Russian Federation, foreign citizens must have an identity card with them to check into hotels on the territory of the Russian Federation.
