CHECK-IN HOURS: check-in from 15:00, check-out until 11:00. Early check-in and late check-out by appointment. Contactless check-in. Check-in is carried out through a key box, which allows you to check in at any time of the day. When booking on the day of arrival (day to day) - the time for receiving and processing applications is limited to 22:00. On the eve of arrival, the guest is contacted by the booking manager of the apartment network and clarifies all the necessary details. Upon check-in, a deposit of 6000 ₽ is required, which is refunded after checking the condition of the apartment on the day of check-out from 16.00-18.00. Cancellation policy: Reservations can be cancelled without penalty 5 days before arrival. If you cancel your reservation later than 5 days before arrival, the cost of the first night per apartment will be charged. Before checking in, you must fill out and sign an agreement (offer).
