The studio is available for four guests (2+2). - The relaxation and sleeping area has a double bed (140x200) with orthopedic mattress and snow-white linens, a double sofa (160x200), underfloor heating, a 55” TV with smart TV and a rotary mechanism, a dining table, air conditioning. - The kitchen area is equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils: dishes and cutlery for cooking and serving, a microwave oven, a refrigerator, an electric kettle, a toaster, an electric stove, an extractor hood, a dishwasher. There is also instant coffee, tea, sugar, spices, sunflower oil. - In the shower there is a rain shower, an electric heated towel rail, cosmetics, a washing machine, a hairdryer and snow-white towels. - Wi-fi, iron, ironing board, clothes dryer and many other pleasant bonuses are also provided. - BOOKING AND ACCOMMODATION RULES - * Arrival time after 15:00, departure time before 12:00. * Before arrival, guests are required to provide passport information (photos of the main page and registration). If this condition is not fulfilled, then we have the right to refuse accommodation. * A deposit is required for the safety of property and compliance with the rules of accommodation. The deposit is refunded on the day of departure after cleaning from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. * The price is indicated for two guests, for three or four there is a surcharge per guest. * In case of cancellation of the reservation less than 5 days in advance, the prepayment amount will not be refunded. * Early check-in/ late check-out with additional payment upon request. * 24-hour check-in, subject to booking before 22:00. * IMPORTANT!
