Get acquainted with our accommodation rules. 2. Make the payment. The amount of the prepayment depends on the day of check-in. 3. Get the check-in instructions from our booking manager. Rules of accommodation: 1. Check-in from 15:00, check-out until 12:00. 2. Upon check-in, our guests: - make 100% payment - a security deposit of 5,000 rubles is being transferred. - provide a passport. 3. We provide remote check-in and check-out. 4. We are very careful about the comfort level, we always try to keep it clean and ask our guests: - do not smoke, including electronic cigarettes. - do not use the apartment for noisy events. - in particular, we do not accommodate guests with pets. If violations are detected by the guests, we will charge an additional fee in the amount of an insurance deposit, which will be directed to the work of the cleaning/laundry/dry cleaning department or the purchase of damaged property instead. 5. The number of residents may not exceed more than 2 people. If we find that the number of guests staying is not agreed upon, the cost will increase according to the rate of 1600 rubles/day.
