We tried to take into account everything that you really need to feel at home.
Booking rules:
1. After making a reservation, please contact us to confirm the details.: 1) booking dates 2) number of guests 3) Planned arrival time. It is very important that you receive all the necessary instructions in time. Check-in is possible around the clock, but instructions must be received in advance, up to a maximum of 18:00 on the day of check-in.
2. Standard check-in time is 15:00, check-out time is 12:00. Early check-in and late check-out are possible by prior arrangement and are charged additionally (please check with the manager in advance).
3. The tariff is non-refundable. Free cancellation or change of dates is possible no later than 7 days before arrival.
4. If check-in is after 18:00, you will need to make a full payment and deposit in advance, as our apartments operate without a 24-hour front desk.
5. When checking in, you will need 1)passport to issue an electronic lease agreement and 2) deposit a refundable deposit. The deposit is paid through the payment system via the link and is frozen on your account, automatically refunded to the same card within a day after departure (the exact time depends on your bank). We receive a deposit amount only in case of violations of the rules of accommodation.
6. Bed linen and towels are provided according to the specified number of guests. Please let us know if you need more kits in advance (extra charge).
7. Payment for accommodation is made by transfer or by QR code (you will need a Russian bank card). Cash payment is possible only by prior arrangement with an additional payment for the organization of cash acceptance.
8. Accounting documents are provided for an additional fee. Please let us know in advance.
Rules of accommodation and deposit refund:
1. After checking in, inspect the apartment and, if you notice any shortcomings, inform the administrator about it within the first hour. We will process your request and help you as soon as possible during business hours.
2. Smoking of any kind of cigarettes is prohibited. In case of violation, the deposit is withheld in full.
3. An additional fee per day is charged for the accommodation of an additional guest without an agreement.
4. If there are complaints from neighbors, the deposit is withheld in full.
5. In case of damage to property (including textiles: bed linen, towels, bedspreads, etc.), the cost of repair, restoration or replacement of damaged property is deducted.
6. Staying with a pet without prior approval entails withholding the deposit in full.
7. Garbage and dirty dishes can be left in a small amount (1 bag of garbage and some dishes). With a significant amount of cleaning, the deposit is partially retained.
8. A partial deposit is held for walking in outdoor shoes indoors. For your convenience, we provide free disposable slippers.
9. In case of violation of the agreed departure time, the amount for each additional hour is deducted.
Round-the-clock self-check-in. Instructions must be received no later than 21:00 on the day of check-in.
