The Dolphin Holiday home is located on the shore of the Mozhaisk reservoir, seven minutes from the beach. The distance to the center of Mozhaisk is 7 kilometers, to the railway station is 9 kilometers. Nearby there are such attractions as the Borodino Field Museum Reserve, the Luzhetsky Monastery, the Outpost Equestrian Base (ecopark and cowboy Ranch), St. Nicholas Cathedral, the safari Park near Moscow. Premium cottage with a total area of 215 sq. m. to accommodate 14 guests. There are four rooms in the house: the first room is designed for 4 guests - 17 sq.m. with a double bed and one bunk bed, in the second room there is a double bed and a bunk bed, the room area is 17 sq.m., the third room for 2 guests is 17 sq.m. with two single beds. The fourth room is designed for 4 guests - 35 sq.m. with a separate entrance, a private kitchen with a gas stove, refrigerator, bathroom with shower, washing machine, double bed and sofa bed, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, additional space (on request). Rooms No. 1-3 are located on the second floor of the house. Each room has a private bathroom with shower and toilet, TV. A recuperator is functioning, which heats fresh supply air into the rooms due to the heat of the exhaust. In the living room on the ground floor there is a shared kitchen, a sauna, two bathrooms with a shower and a pouring bucket, as well as a dining table for 12 people, a large sofa and a TV. There is a stove and two microwaves, all necessary utensils and cutlery. For guests, there is a heated gazebo with a kitchen (gas stove) and a barbecue oven, a table for 10-12 people, a sofa, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, a set of dishes. The oven is equipped with a rotating spit with an electric drive. Also on the territory there is a new children's playground with a slide, two swings, a tower, a climbing wall, a rope ladder, a play area around is covered with rubber tiles, a new trampoline is installed. You can play table tennis or table football. There is parking for cars, Wi-Fi on site and in the house.
