A warm one-bedroom apartment in a Stalinist house with high ceilings and an old package in the rooms. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary for living. The bedroom has a 140cm wide bed, and the living room has a large sofa bed. You will be greeted by comfort, books about Murmansk, crystal glasses and other pleasant little things for a pleasant stay. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests. 56 meters of space will allow you not to be crowded. And in the evening, you can gather the whole campaign at the dining table in the living room. But please don't throw noisy parties. The house has excellent sound insulation, but still it is an apartment building with the appropriate rules. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Of course, we have high-speed WiFi. If you are traveling with children, then the central park with a playground is within walking distance. If you travel by car, there is free parking in the courtyard. By prior arrangement and for an additional fee, pets are allowed. There are many establishments with good cuisine around. If you prefer to cook by yourself, there are several shops nearby, and the kitchen has everything you need for cooking and there is a stove with an oven. The train station and bus station are 700 metres away. The location of the apartment is one of the main features of this apartment.
