The kitchen is fully equipped with furniture and household appliances (refrigerator, microwave oven, electric kettle, electric hob, extractor hood). For your convenience, there are all the necessary utensils for cooking and eating. We always have tea, sugar, and salt for you. In the bathroom: washing machine, hairdryer, toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, soap, cotton pads and sticks), iron, ironing board and other pleasant little things. There is always a place for your car in the yard. There is a large public parking in the courtyard. There are no parking problems. We carry out thorough disinfection after each guest and before the arrival of new guests! We take care of every guest and do everything possible for a comfortable stay. An insurance deposit (deposit) of 2,500 rubles is provided for the duration of the stay. Subject to simple rules, the deposit is fully refunded back to the card on the day of your departure after the maid's cleaning is completed.
