With us, you will not have to pay extra for late check-in, adjust to the time of check-in or check-out. We will send you all the necessary instructions for self-check-in (check-out) after making an advance payment for the reservation. But at the same time, we note that our check-out time (like everyone else's) is 12.00. And arrivals are from 14.00 (earlier by agreement and if possible). A passport is required upon check-in!!! His photo must be sent when signing the remote agreement on the day of arrival (after a favorable departure, we delete your passport data). Full payment is made upon check-in by transfer to the card. At the same time, we have a security deposit of 3,000 rubles, but it is refunded upon departure if the apartment is clean and tidy (smoking is prohibited). Unfortunately, we strictly prohibit pets, smoking of any kind of cigarettes and holding parties. In case of violation of these rules, we will be forced to evict you without refund of the rental price❌ Withhold the security deposit for smoking in the apartment!
