Everything is within walking distance: from attractions, entertainment to the beach. The maximum capacity is 7 people. Attention! The apartment is rented to guests over the age of 18 upon presentation of a passport, check-in is contactless. For noisy parties and events, do not give up! You can't move in with animals! Dear guests! Please read the following rules, conditions of check-in and accommodation. All the sights are within walking distance. The apartment can accommodate up to 7 guests, including children. There are 5 separate beds for sleeping: - double bed with orthopedic double-sided mattress, 160x205, - sofa bed-eurocook 150x195, - beds and spring boxes 80*200 — 3 pieces (connected to each other, transforming into a double bed 160* 200, 240*200). Technic: - air conditioning, - drying machine, - washing machine, - refrigerator, - microwave oven, - coffee machine, - coffee grinder, - electric kettle, - hob, - TV 2 pcs., - Wi-Fi, - iron, - ironing board, - hair dryer. Guest Kit: - toilet paper, - shampoo/shower gel, - liquid soap, - toothpaste/toothbrush, - towels, - assorted tea, sugar, salt. Contactless check—in - passport presentation is required. The apartment can only accommodate guests who have paid for their stay (video surveillance of the front door to the apartment). Standard refilling of bedding (including bed linen) in the following composition: - one blanket + 2 pillows for each 2-bed place; - one blanket + 1 pillow for 1 bed. Security deposit starting from 5,000 rubles In case of late check-out outside the schedule (after 15:00), the deposit will be refunded the day after check-out before 15:00. In case of theft and damage to property, the deposit may be withheld. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and in the entrance area. Please observe the silence regime and fire safety regulations.
