Our guest house is located on the first coastline, just 100-120 meters from a clean beach with soft small pebbles and a gentle entrance to the sea, which makes it an ideal choice for families with children and lovers of a comfortable beach holiday. We offer 12 comfortable rooms of various categories — from a cozy standard to spacious apartments with a kitchen and sea views. In each room you will find everything you need for a great stay: a modern TV, refrigerator, air conditioning, private bathroom, hairdryer, cosmetics; on the balconies there are chairs for outdoor evening relaxation. The guest house is perfect for those who want to combine a holiday by the sea with the convenience of living and home comfort. The interiors of the rooms are stylish and functional, and our friendly team is always ready to make your stay pleasant and carefree. There is a spacious shared kitchen with a dining area where you can prepare your favorite dishes and spend time with family or friends. For those who like to cook outdoors, there is a cozy barbecue area with a large barbecue, tables and benches under a canopy, and we provide all the necessary accessories — grates and skewers. To make your stay even more relaxing, we have taken care of additional features: there is a heated swimming pool, a traditional Russian wood-burning sauna, a luggage storage, outdoor smoking areas, free board games, puzzles and books. Car parking is possible on site for a small fee. The beach is just a few steps away, and the surrounding area has everything you need for a relaxing holiday: cozy cafes and shops, the famous Myshako winery, hiking trails and trails on Mount Koldun with picturesque viewing platforms, the opportunity to go diving, SUP—surfing and sea fishing. Sometimes dolphins swim up to the shore — a real pleasure to relax by the sea!
