This option is ideal for couples in love, tourists, travelers, business travelers and guests of our city. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is already there: - New comfortable double bed, - Pull-out sofa, - Fresh white cotton bed linen, - Clean terry towels, - Air conditioning, - TV with smart TV, - Free Wi-Fi, - Kitchen with stove, dishes, fridge and kettle, - Washing machine in the bathroom, - Toiletries, hygiene products, clothes dryer. Near the house there is all the necessary infrastructure: a courtyard without cars, playgrounds, shops, restaurants, cafes and bus stops. Upon check-in, you must present your passport and make a deposit of 2,000 rubles. We work with legal entities and provide accounting documents. The apartment is not rented to persons under the age of 23. Parties and smoking are strictly prohibited. There is no balcony.
