The hotel is located in the new part of Naberezhnye Chelny in the building of the Fort Dialog business center. The General Directorate of KAMAZ PJSC and the Organ Hall are within walking distance of the hotel. IT-park Technopark, Pobeda Park of Culture and Recreation, and the Ice Sports Palace are a five-minute drive away.
