Check-in 1. Check-in is carried out after the guest presents a valid identity document. 2. Upon arrival, the administrator registers the guest, confirms the booking details, and collects payment for the accommodation if it has not been paid in advance. 3. The guest receives information about the hostel rules, common areas, and available facilities. 4. Check-in is available during the hostel's designated check-in hours. Early check-in is possible subject to availability and prior agreement with the administrator. 5. After completing the check-in procedure, the guest receives the room key or other access device. Key Handover 1. Keys are handed over to the guest after registration has been completed and payment has been made in accordance with the booking terms. 2. The guest is responsible for keeping the provided keys and access devices safe throughout their stay. 3. Keys or access devices must not be given to third parties without prior approval from the hostel administration. 4. In case of loss or damage to a key, electronic key, or other access device, the guest must immediately inform the administrator. The cost of replacement or restoration may be charged to the guest where applicable. 5. When leaving the hostel, guests must follow the established access rules and make sure that doors are properly closed. Check-out and Key Return 1. On the day of departure, the guest must vacate the room and return the keys or access devices by the designated check-out time. 2. Upon check-out, the administrator may check the condition of the room and any property provided to the guest. 3. In case of lost keys, damaged property, or other outstanding obligations, the guest may be required to compensate the hostel in accordance with the accommodation rules and booking terms. 4. The stay is considered completed after the keys have been returned and all outstanding payments have been settled. Important: If you have any questions, need to change your check-in or check-out time, or require an additional key, please contact the hostel administrator in advance.
