Developed infrastructure: cafes, shops, a bank, an MFC, the Toros Ice/Hockey Palace, the Planet shopping center, the Ural shopping center, the bus station, the central square, a convenience store /cafe right under the window. Everything is within walking distance. Check-in from 15:00! Check-out time is until 12:00 p.m., regardless of check-in time!!! Have a passport and a cash deposit of 3000 rubles with you. The deposit is refunded on the day of departure, after cleaning, provided that there is no damage or heavy contamination in the apartment and on things, things are in their places, the apartment has not been damaged. !! In case of damage / contamination of bed linen, pillows, blankets, mattresses, towels and upholstered furniture with organic and non-organic liquids, food, paints, cosmetics, massage oil and cosmetics, etc., the deposit will not be refunded in full!
