Near the house there are cafes, pharmacies, shops, hairdressers, bus stops, etc. A security deposit of 3000 rubles is provided. It is paid upon check-in. 1. Check-in and check-out: • Check-in: Usually takes place from 14:00. If you check in later, the full amount of the stay will be paid. If you need early check-in, check the possibility and cost with the administrator. • Check-out: Please vacate the apartment before 12:00. If you need to stay late, check with the administrator. 2. Smoking: • Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment, a fine of 3,000 rubles. We take care of the health of our guests and the cleanliness of our homes. Designated smoking areas are provided on the street. 3. Silence and order: • Please observe the silence regime from 22:00 to 08:00. This applies to loud music, noisy conversations, and other activities that may interfere with neighbors. Events and parties are prohibited. • Take care of the apartment's property. In case of damage or loss of things, the culprit is financially responsible. 4. The guests: • Please do not leave the apartment unattended for a long time, especially if there are strangers in it. • If you plan to receive guests, please let us know in advance. 5. Animals: • Pets are not allowed. 6. Safety: • Do not leave valuables unattended, you are responsible for the safety of your personal belongings yourself. 7. Important: • We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or terminate it prematurely in case of violation of the rules without refund. • The deposit is withheld (in whole or in part) in the event of: smoking/vaping, damage to property, heavy contamination of the floor, walls and textiles, or guests staying in an amount not provided for at the time of booking.
