The cozy cottage "Nelzha House 1" is located on the banks of the Voronezh River, in a quiet protected area of the Ramonsky district in the village of Nelzha. A 7-minute walk from the house is the Nelzha ru children's entertainment center, where you can have a great time with children, as well as visit the atmospheric Tulinov Dacha restaurant of European cuisine. There is a protected forest in the immediate vicinity of the house. The house has a total area of 60 sq.m. to accommodate up to 4 guests. The house has everything for a comfortable stay for guests: a kitchen for self-cooking with dishes and household appliances, wi-fi, Underfloor heating throughout the house, smart TV, air conditioning, bed linen and towels, bathroom with shower. The house has a relaxation area with sun loungers and a barbecue area with a fire pit and barbecue, as well as a Russian sauna with a herbal tub. Boat, sapboard and bicycle rental services are available. It is strictly forbidden: smoking in the house and on the terrace (including electronic cigarettes and hookah), living in a house with animals, making noise in the surrounding area, using pyrotechnics and candles in the house and on the territory.
