For younger guests, we provide a mat for crawling and playing on the floor. The windows overlook the courtyard. A quiet neighborhood. There is video surveillance in the entrance. Grocery stores, public transport stops, Youth Palace, Drama Theater, cinema, Narodny Park, cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. Nizhny Tagil Railway Station is 7 minutes away by taxi. Check-in starts at 2 p.m. Check out before 12 o'clock. Early check-in or late check-out is possible. You must have an identity document (passport/driver's license) with you. Upon arrival, an insurance deposit of 3,000 rubles is paid, which is refunded after checking the apartment, if everything is in order. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment, pets are not allowed, and the apartment is not intended for parties and events. We do not accommodate persons under the age of 23!
