Before checking in, transfer the remaining balance (if any) and send an identity document. Important! Guest registration is from 10:00 to 20:00. Be sure to contact us in advance. Round-the-clock check-in is possible only by prior arrangement. Additional services “early check-in” and “late check-out” are agreed upon and charged separately. Smoking tobacco, as well as any smoking devices, is strictly prohibited! The surcharge for animals is 1000 rubles. A deposit of 3000 rubles is provided for the accommodation. as a guarantee of order and compliance with the rules of living. The deposit will be refunded to your card within 24 hours from the day of eviction (be sure to specify the details). The apartment is equipped according to the standard for two persons (one family set of linen and towels) An additional set of bed linen is 500 rubles (Please inform us in advance so that the maid can bring enough linen during the preparation of the apartment) Children under 3 years stay free of charge.
