If payment is guaranteed by the guest upon arrival, the hotelier has the right to request an advance payment in the amount of the cost of the first night, preserving the cancellation conditions.
Check-in/Check-out at night (from 23:00 to 07:00) is paid separately: 1000 rubles. Pets are allowed only with prior agreement with the hotel and for a fee. Check-in time for Townhouses is different: check-in from 15:00 to 21:00, check-out until 12:00. During your stay in the Townhouse, a property deposit of 5,000 rubles is required. (in cash). Refund of the deposit upon acceptance of the premises. If the deposit is paid by transfer, the deposit will be returned on business days during business hours.
According to the rules for the provision of hotel services in the Russian Federation, foreign citizens must have an identity card with them to check into hotels on the territory of the Russian Federation.
