What to consider when choosing

You can use the Novofedorovka Cultural Centre at 1 Marchenko Street as a map reference, then check where your accommodation is located. Zhemchuzhina guesthouse is 700 metres from the village centre, where there are shops, cafés and a bus stop.

Not necessarily: Kvitka is 1.5 km from the centre but only a five-minute walk from the beach. If you plan to visit the sea often, choose based on the walking route to the beach, not just the distance to the centre.

Look for accommodation that explicitly lists a kitchen, and check its equipment before booking. Kvitka offers studios and spacious apartments, while each room at Nashe Mesto has a terrace with a dining area, but kitchens are not confirmed for these options.
