The apartment is located on the 8th floor of a building with two elevators: freight and passenger. Accounting documents for business travelers are provided upon request. A passport is required upon arrival. Important: a fine is charged for additional used bed linen (in addition to the provided: 1 set for 1-2 people and 2 sets for 3-4 people). Time of transfer of the apartment: from 14:00, time of return — until 11:00. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment. She doesn't give up on parties and noisy events. It is forbidden to move in with animals. In case of violation of the rules of accommodation (smoking in the apartment or on the loggia, noise from 22:00 to 7:00), a fine in the amount of an insurance deposit is charged.
