Rent an apartment for a day or more. Possible late check-in and early check-out by appointment. I only accommodate the number of people specified at the time of booking. Contactless check-in. I send videos and codes on the day of check-in. When checking in, have any identification card, driver's license, or passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation with you. Guests are provided with fresh bed linen and dry soft towels, personal hygiene products, dishes and everything necessary for a comfortable stay, digital TV, Wi-Fi, tea and coffee. There is a parking space. Access to the industrial area without traffic jams, well-developed infrastructure. I draw up accounting documents and a receipt with a QR code on request, as well as an invoice for organizations. Smoking tobacco and narcotic substances is prohibited in the apartment. Check-in with children over 5 years old. Age group 23 + Hair dryer and iron are provided on request. The deposit is 1,500 rubles, refunded by transfer on the day of departure, after cleaning the apartment. The departure of the guests earlier than the stated deadline does not imply a refund.
