Accommodation with animals is negotiated in advance (+ 1000-2000 rubles for cleaning is paid once, depending on the breed of your pet). 5. The apartment is rented only to adults. 6. Check-in from 14.00- check-out until 11.00 the next day. 7. The deposit will be transferred to your card after checking and cleaning the apartment within a day after check-out. 8. We reserve the right to increase the deposit. 9. If you refuse to check in or check out of a previously paid stay, the funds will not be refunded. 10. Each guest is obliged to take out the garbage left after their stay, as well as wash used dishes. We reserve the right to refuse accommodation without giving reasons.
