The apartment has everything for a comfortable stay: — double bed, pull-out sofa and armchair-bed; — high-speed Wi-Fi and TV with Wink service; — refrigerator, microwave oven, stove with oven, electric kettle and everything necessary for cooking; — washing machine, hairdryer and iron; — always fresh, clean bed linen and towels for each guest. Check-in from 14:00, check-out until 12:00. We provide accounting documents for business travelers upon request. Please be understanding: a passport and a refundable deposit (2000 rubles) are required upon check-in; only for persons over the age of 18; not rented for parties and noisy events; smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.
