изначально администратор назвал не тот адрес, уже уехали, пришлось переспрашивать и ехать на нужный, ссылку на оплату залога и аренды итд отправили только после того как спросили номер и адрес когда ехали, то есть заранее ничего не было отправлено, пришлось стоять на улице, мерзнуть не извинились, сказали что это наша вина что их админ назвал адрес не тот с нашей стороны был не вынесен мусор хоть и указана уборка номера и взяли штраф в 500 рублей!! администраторы не клиенториентированные, не пытающиеся пойти навстречу чтобы все были довольны, не вежливы!! в квартире холодно, вода в душе еле теплая, иногда просто холодная бежит, спасибо что хоть чисто полотенец для лица нет, щеток одноразовых тоже в общем того не стоит
