A small studio in a mini-hotel on the ground floor next to the metro station K.Marx Square can accommodate 1-2 people (no more)! Studio with a bed with all appliances (plasma TV, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, stove) and dishes. Plastic Windows, underfloor heating, stretch ceiling, walls with sound insulation. Very close to the center of the Left Bank is Marx Square, from where you can very quickly get to Mega, Ikea, Aquapark, NSTU, SibUPK. Tolmachevo airport and the Expocenter are easily accessible. Please note that the apartment is not rented for holidays, parties and other events associated with a large number of guests! The cost depends on the number of days, number of guests, seasonality and weekends. A deposit and a passport are required upon check-in. The rules of living in the house! We ONLY accommodate adults (minors must be accommodated with their parents). Smoking is PROHIBITED in the apartment! (only on the street). Pets are not allowed! It is forbidden to make noise in the apartment. Remote check-in is possible (around the clock). Check-in from 23 to 8 o'clock is subject to prior arrangement only (we do not accept calls at night). Standard check-in time: after 13-14 hours. Check out before 12. Early check-in and late check-out are discussed individually.
