NOVA apart

Apartments in the new Nova apart complex in Novosibirsk. We have tried to create cozy rooms with a homely atmosphere for our guests. The apartment is located in a new building (11 floors and an underground parking lot). The building has a 24-hour security post, access via an intercom system. There are three elevators for the convenience of guests. Nova apart is located in an area with developed infrastructure. Within walking distance there are public transport stops, grocery stores (on the 1st floor of the building), pharmacies, pick-up points, coffee shops. Tolmachevo International Airport is 28 km away, and the railway station is 7 km away. Convenient transport interchange for trips both to the city center and to the other shore via the Bugrinsky bridge, close to the Dzerzhinsky district. We offer more than 40 apartments for accommodation. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay.: - double bed with white cotton linens, orthopedic base, - bathroom with washing machine, hairdryer, we provide white towels, - the kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils (hob, extractor hood, cooking utensils, microwave oven, refrigerator, kettle, water filter, table setting utensils), - Blackout Curtains, - dining table and chairs, - storage cabinets, - free Wi-Fi in the rooms, - a TV with a Smart TV function and the ability to connect via a smartphone, - air conditioning. We work with legal entities, payment by bank account is possible. By agreement, long-term accommodation is possible with the provision of additional services (cleaning, change of bed linen and towels).
