Квартира неуютная, вся отделка очень низкого качества, очень много уже требует ремонта. Находиться в квартире совсем не хотелось, приезжали по факту только переночевать. Брать залог в 3000 руб за квартиру в таком состоянии - это недопустимо. Уборка поверхностная, в квартире неприятный запах от мягкой мебели. Парковки нет, машину вечером поставить негде, приходилось оставлять примерно за 1,5 км от дома. Жилой микрорайон находится в яме, ближе к реке, общественный транспорт далековато. Общение с компанией по заселению - это отдельная песня. Операторы отвечают через несколько часов (как при заселении, так и при выезде), залог полностью вернули после 00.20 час при нашем выезде из квартиры в 10.30 час и только после нескольких звонков и сообщений операторам. Не советую бронировать данное жилье

The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay: WiFi, TV, double bed, sofa bed, bed linen, kitchen with all necessary appliances and utensils for cooking lunch or a snack. Nearby are: The Big Novosibirsk Planetarium and Mega shopping center, the Embankment of the Inya River, Inyushensky Park, the Albatross ski complex, the Novosibirsk State Drama Theater "Old House", the Instrumental railway station and public transport stops, the Rechnoy Vokzal metro station.
