The apartment has a very good location — within walking distance of the largest Shopping Center in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District, Sunny, as well as a major transport interchange (new bridge). The Airport and railway station are 10-15 minutes away by car. There is a bus stop 1 minute walk from the house.
