Contactless check-in from 14:00, check-out until 12:00. Have a passport with you. Early check-in and late check-out (if possible) are charged additionally. If you leave earlier than the stated period of stay, the payment for the remaining number of days will not be refunded. Additional guests visiting the apartment and the presence of pets must be coordinated. For events, the conditions are negotiated separately and individually. Cash and non-cash payment, payment by organizations, invoicing. The necessary accounting documents are issued. The photo corresponds to reality. The apartment is fully furnished: Spacious storage cabinet, built-in appliances (hob), refrigerator, microwave, digital TV, Wi-Fi, computer. Underfloor heating throughout the apartment. Fresh and clean bed linen and towels are provided, and everything you need is in the kitchen (a full set of dishes and cooking equipment). An iron, a hair dryer, an ironing board, and a tumble dryer are provided. The apartment is located within walking distance from public transport stops. Not far from the house there are grocery stores (Pyaterochka, Magnet, Coin), the North market (urban), a cafe. Hairdressers and beauty salons, clothing and shoe stores. Smoking is NOT allowed in the apartment, on the balcony, or through the windows. The deposit will NOT be fully refunded IN case of violation. It is forbidden to cook and eat food that leaves foreign odors after your departure (fish, shrimp, crayfish, spices and other products that leave behind specific odors).
