Scooter, Pyaterochka, Magnet delivery services are working! Here you can fully relax in a cozy home environment. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. In the living room there is a luxurious 2-meter double bed, which, if necessary, can be transformed into 2 single beds. In addition, we provide two more beds on a comfortable double sofa. Fresh cotton bed linen is always provided for our dear guests. There is a smart TV with Internet access in the living room, and wi-fi in the apartment. The kitchen area is equipped with a set of household appliances, dishes and cutlery, a dining table and chairs. Refrigerator, microwave oven, electric stove and kettle. The deposit will not be refunded in case of violation of the rules of accommodation. A general cleaning fee of 1000 rubles is charged for a stay of 4 nights or more! The apartment is not for rent to residents of Ob and Novosibirsk, only to guests awaiting departure or traveling in transit through our city!!! Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment. For violation, a fine in the amount of a deposit. The apartment is not rented to persons in a state of alcoholic or other intoxication! Please do not invite third parties, otherwise we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without refund of the deposit. We ask you to keep clean, as well as keep quiet after 22 hours.
