Our complex is currently undergoing renovation and we are proud to present to our guests our modern medical SPA complex with a swimming pool, designer rooms on the 4th floor and the renovated Rosemary Cafe. We need a little more time for further repairs, so the lobby area, some rooms and corridors, elevators, and the banquet hall remain in the classic Soviet style for now. We are confident that our caring staff and the quality of the services provided will overshadow these inconsistencies. After all, we consider the main investment in recreation not to be renovation and beautiful design, but highly qualified staff and improving the health of our guests. The sanatorium is located on the territory of an ancient park with an area of more than 10 hectares, in an ecologically clean area of the city of Obninsk, on the banks of the Protva River. The distance to the city center is 2 km, to the railway station – 4 km, to Vnukovo International Airport – 83 km. For accommodation, guests are offered rooms of Standard and Suite categories. Each of them is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay: comfortable double or single beds, TV, wardrobe, tea and coffee making facilities, private bathrooms. Toiletries are provided. There is a water cooler on the floor. There is a cafe on site that serves complex meals to our guests. The sanatorium has a SPA complex with a thermal zone and an aqua zone. Guests can visit the SPA for an additional fee. The room rate includes access to the aqua zone for 1 session per day, a gym and a caving chamber.
