Apartment "Balance"

The newest apartment! Beautiful, stylish, cozy. The main transport is the MCD-1 trains: station "Zdravnitsa" (1.5-2 km, 15-20 min walk), station "Odintsovo" (23 min by car) 25-30 minutes to the nearest airport (Vnukovo) about 25-30 km Otradnoye Railway Station and Zhavoronki Railway Station are located within 3 km. The apartment has everything you need for living: clean bed linen, towels, dishes, cutlery, hygiene products. After each check-out, surfaces are sterilized, bed linen and towels are changed, and the apartment is completely cleaned. Daily booking requests and responses to guests are made only during business hours: daily from 9: 00 to 21: 00. Information about check-in is also provided exclusively during the specified business hours. It is strictly forbidden in the apartment: ~ smoking ~ arrange noisy events ~ live with animals of any kind ~ move furniture and interior items around the apartment ~ additional guests who were not counted in the number of residents when making the reservation should stay in the apartment after 21:00. Violation of these rules may lead to the immediate eviction of all residents from the apartment without refund of payment and security deposit. The security deposit will not be refunded in the following cases: - There are signs of smoking in the apartment, - Left trash and/or dirty dishes, - Damage to property and/ or disorder in the apartment, unwashed stains on bed linen or other property are detected, - Additional sets of bed linen or towels are used.
