Estimated check-in time is at 14:00 and check-out is at 12:00, regardless of the time you checked into the apartment. 2. If you paid for a stay for one period, and then decided to shorten it, then the price of accommodation can be recalculated upwards, as you could have been given a discount for the period. 3. Free cancellation no later than 72 hours before arrival. The cost of 1 night stay is deducted later than 72 hours 4. The price includes 1 set of bed linen for a double bed. If you need to replace the bed linen, the surcharge will be 300 rubles per set. Additional cleaning with linen change 600 rubles 5. Smoking is strictly PROHIBITED in the apartment, if the administrator detects the smell of smoke at the time of reception of the room upon departure, a FINE in the amount of an insurance deposit of 2000 rubles will be charged. 6. Our apartments are not intended for celebrations, parties or any other holiday events, being with animals or listening to music loudly.
