We treat the Apartment responsibly. We carry out cleaning and disinfection after each Guest. We will separately note the mandatory points of our Company: - The apartment is not rented for entertainment events! - They don't smoke in our apartments! - The cost may vary depending on the length of stay Check-in is strictly based on an identity document (passport, driver's license) - Check-in from 14:00, check-out time is 12:00, check-out before 12:00 - Upon arrival, a deposit of 1000 rubles must be paid. It is refunded on the day of departure after 20:00, subject to the rules of accommodation (provided that the apartment is not smoky, clean and nothing is broken, the Law on Silence of the Ministry of Defense is observed) - On public holidays and when staying with pets (to be negotiated in advance).
